Genius is continuously maintained and improved in response to changing technology, standards and hardware. Between versions, maintenance releases ("freezes") are made available to maintain version integrity. In exceptional circumstances, users can request an immediate update via an "unfrozen" release. Our goal is to provide a high-quality service with fast turnaround.

Support can be contacted by telephone, e-mail or fax, and aims to resolve most enquiries within 24 hours. Problems which cannot be resolved immediately are escalated to a member of the development team for expert attention. All calls are logged, regularly monitored and analyzed to identify problem areas and trends which require attention.
