Genius Application Suite is a fast, powerful and
integrated set of tools for the commercial IT market sector.
Whilst individual features address specific requirements, the overall tool set (key
facilities) has been used by a wide variety of commercial users to
create many different applications and to enhance existing applications in an

Integration: Genius operates with most relational database products (Oracle, Oracle Rdb, Ingres, DB2, etc.), with non-relational databases (e.g. Oracle DBMS-32), and with indexed flat files (RMS or ISAM). It also integrates with many legacy systems and applications, allowing enhancement, augmentation or phased replacement of existing systems with up-to-date 4GL and EIS techniques.
Portability: Genius is portable across most hardware platforms, including HP OpenVMS (Alpha, VAX and Integrity), Microsoft Windows (all 32-bit and 64-bit versions), most x86 Linux distributions and many proprietary Unix variants (HP Tru64 Unix, Sun Microsystems Solaris, IBM AIX, HP-UX etc. 64-bit platforms and datatypes are fully supported.
Performance: Genius uses an ultra-fast, single-pass compile-and-go technique to convert application source directly into executable machine code programs which are stored for re-use and combine high efficiency with a small memory footprint and low resource usage.
