An international aircraft manufacturer has deployed a final assembly tracking system built with the Genius Application Suite. The application is installed at sites in Europe and N. America.
This application is used to control production of discrete items by repetitive process, just-in-time production control, management of work on the shop floor and recording labour time for costing, including overhead costs such as holidays, sickness, training etc. The EIS capabilities of Genius also display information in a graphical view for high level governance.
