By order of the High Court in London dated 19th December 2005 (Case No 002244 of 1995), J. Ritchie McGladdery and through him, Rapidgen Software Limited, has been granted the rights to the intellectual property rights, source code and license fees/royalty payments of the Genius Solution originally developed by Rapid-Gen Systems Ltd of the UK.
Rapidgen Software Limited holds all title to the software developed by Rapid-Gen Systems Limited and continues to support and develop the Genius Solution, now known as the Genius Application Suite.
Cristal Media Communications S.A.M. (Cristal SAM) and/or any other party, is no longer authorised to distribute, support or maintain Genius software and all enquiries should be directed to RapidGen Software Limited.
As a consequence, all contracts entered into with Cristal Media Communications S.A.M. or any other party relating to Genius Software and/or any derivatives are vested in RapidGen Software Limited.
